The RJN 20-02 referral scheme is open to existing, previous and non-RJN clients

To make a valid referral, you must complete the form at: https://www.rjnchemicals.co.uk/referral

Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company is not already in conversation with RJN via any other channel

There is only one reward for each referred company/organisation referred. RJN will notify the Referrer if the Referred company/organisation has previously been referred

If a Referred company is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer

There is no limit to the number of businesses a Referrer can refer in the referral scheme duration

The Referrer will be named in communication between RJN and the referred company

To constitute a successful referral, the referred business must spend £300+VAT on product in a 12 month period

An £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be issued to the Referrer for valid referrals within 90 days of RJN invoicing and receiving payment for orders

The Referrer can request a £50 value alternative to a Amazon.co.uk Gift Card and RJN will consider this on a case by case basis

RJN reserve the right to withdraw or alter the referral scheme, change the value of the gift card or replace the gift card with an alternative, subject to availability

The RJN referral scheme is available to UK residents only

In the event of any disputes regarding any referred company/organisation, the decision of RJN is final

Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind

In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to referral@rjnchemicals.co.uk within 365 days of the referral form submission.  Any claims made after 365 days will not be eligible for a referral fee

Referral leads must close within 18 months of the submission date.  Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
